Here at sglocks we aim to help you any way we can and this includes our guarantee. We will aim to assist, repair or even replace our products should the fault be down to us. A list of what is and is not covered by our guarantee is listed below. Should you have any questions or comments please use the contact form and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Covered:

• Faulty workmanship or material defect.
• 2-year guarantee on the locking mechanism when used in normal
  circumstances.
• 1-year guarantee on the alarm mechanism when used in normal
  circumstance.

Normal circumstances:

• Locking possession indoors and outdoors to appropriate, legal street
  furniture.
• Locks are water resistant though subjecting your lock to heavy rain voids the guarantee as water will harm
   the internal locking and alarm mechanism.

Not covered:

• No liability is accepted in respect of consequential loss or costs
  incurred arising from the lock being broken.
• Alarm stops working due to battery failure.
• Any physical damage to the lock voids the guarantee.
• The locks are water resistant but like all electronic equipment should be
   protected from heavy rain.
• Property being stolen by a thief.
• Locking and or alarm mechanism failure due to water within the alarm
   body.
• Locking mechanism failing due to inappropriate care and oiling of
   moving parts.
